Scott Brown – Office Manager, Paralegal
Scott joined the firm in 2007 and manages the daily operation of the firm. Scott will assist you with any questions you may have about your account with our firm.
As a paralegal, Scott works to support attorneys in the personal injury and professional malpractice areas of the law. Scott chose to become a paralegal because he desired to help advocate for individuals and help them understand the complexities of the legal system. He finds great joy in assisting on cases to a positive outcome.
Scott earned his Associates Degree in Legal Assisting from Portland Community College in 2002 and graduated with the President’s Award, the highest honor at the college. Scott is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and a staff member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He enjoys hiking and camping in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, children and pets. He is an avid sports fan and follows the Oregon Ducks, Portland Timbers and Portland Trailblazers.
Erin Kabusreiter-Jones – Client Intake and Legal Assistant
Erin is a legal assistant for the firm. Erin joined the firm in 2011 and takes pleasure in helping attorneys help those in need. She assists attorneys with case management and serves as a primary point of contact for new clients. She will likely be the first person that you speak with when you contact our firm. Her warm and friendly demeanor will put you at ease during your initial telephone call. Erin’s goal is to help you get the information you need, while gathering the information our attorneys need to do a timely and accurate evaluation of your potential claims.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Whitworth University in 2007. Her study of interpersonal communication provided a solid background for her daily interactions with new clients. She gets gratification from her work knowing that by supporting our attorneys, our clients are provided the highest level of service and advocacy
Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. In 2007-2008, Erin worked as a producer on an independent film in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Erin also enjoys reading, traveling, and discovering the ever-changing city of Portland.
