Holly has represented plaintiffs in civil litigation since 1997. She practices in state and federal court, with a focus on employment law and civil rights, including claims arising from discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. She also advises professionals on employment contracts, including non-compete, non-solicitation, and severance agreements. She also handles other civil litigation matters including housing discrimination, and serious personal injuries. Holly finds joy in helping individuals navigate their way through the complex legal process to satisfactory resolutions.
Holly obtained her law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1994 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Harding University in 1991, magna cum laude. Holly has worked with Judy Snyder since 1997, both with the firm of Hoevet, Snyder & Boise and the Law Offices of Judy Snyder.
Holly was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1994. She is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Holly is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers' Association and the Multnomah Bar Association.
Holly is a native Oregonian. In her free time, she volunteers with Northwest Children's Outreach, a local, all-volunteer non-profit organization serving children in need. Holly serves as both a Center Director and on the Board of Directors. When not volunteering, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the beautiful pacific northwest, and traveling.
